It has high purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, high surface activity, insoluble in water, acid, slightly soluble in aqua regia, soluble in potassium hydroxide and released ammonia by decomposition. When heated to 2000 ℃, nitrogen will be released. The tantalum nitride resistor, which is used to make high-end sheet resistors, is resistant to water vapor erosion. It can be used as super hard material additive, spray coating, and increase the electrical stability of transformer, integrated circuit and diode.
