1. 溶解方法
使用前先將固體顆粒溶解成1‰---5‰(1g-5g 聚丙烯酰胺溶解1000g的水里面)濃度的水溶液,以便迅速發(fā)揮效力.
在加藥時(shí),應(yīng)采取漸次性家藥方式,慢慢的投如水中,便之均勻的在水中分散,溶解.
2.溶解液的添加
通常是添加約1‰---3‰的水溶液,但在懸濁液的高濃度和高粘度的場(chǎng)合,建議將水溶液進(jìn)一步,稀釋成為5‰,則將容易混合而發(fā)揮充分的效果.
3.陽(yáng)離子較陰離子分子量偏低因而粘度也較陰離子弱,故陽(yáng)離子,非離子配比濃度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要比陰離子略高.建議濃度為3‰--1‰.
4.將溶解之后的藥劑添加到污水里面的時(shí)候可以根據(jù)污水的渾濁度而定，一般1000g污水加10-50g稀釋后的藥劑溶液。
注意事項(xiàng):
1.配制聚丙烯酰胺水溶液時(shí),應(yīng)在搪瓷,鍍鋅,鋁制或塑料桶內(nèi)進(jìn)行,不可在鐵容器內(nèi)配制和貯存.
2.溶解時(shí),應(yīng)注意將產(chǎn)品均勻的慢慢地加入帶攪拌和加熱措施的溶解器中,應(yīng)避免結(jié)固,溶液在適宜溫度下配制,并應(yīng)避免長(zhǎng)時(shí)間過(guò)劇的機(jī)械剪切.建議攪拌器60—200轉(zhuǎn)/min,否則會(huì)導(dǎo)致聚合物降解,影響使用效果.攪拌40分鐘至一個(gè)小時(shí)，水溫以不超過(guò)50℃為宜。
3.聚丙烯酰胺水溶液應(yīng)做到現(xiàn)用現(xiàn)配,當(dāng)溶解液長(zhǎng)時(shí)間放置,其性能將會(huì)視水質(zhì)的情況而逐漸降低.
4.在對(duì)懸濁液添家絮凝劑水溶液之后,如果長(zhǎng)時(shí)間激烈地進(jìn)行攪拌的話,將會(huì)破壞已經(jīng)形成的絮凝物.
